WHAT DO I NEED TO OPEN A COMPANY IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL?
We need only your ID or Passport and to fill in a small questionaire about what is you company idea to create the company you need. At the end of the process we will deliver to you a full operative company with a 4 year digital certificate.
DO WE HAVE TO SET UP A 3000€ CAPITAL?
It’s no longer mandatory, there are new models and alternatives to avoid this deposit included in the new companies regulations.
WHO IS THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ?
Is the legal representative and responsible of the company in front of the shareholders, banks and Local institutions. This role is fundamental for the new company and should have a local Fiscal Number. If you don’t have this person, we can provide one for you (not included in any pack)
CAN WE OPEN A COMPANY IF WE ARE NOT SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE?
Yes, any nationality is suitable for the ownership of the company. If you need a Fiscal Number in any of this countries, we can open one to be able to operate included in the Premium Pack
DO WE NEED A LOCAL ADDRESS?
Yes but if you don’t have a fix address we can provide you one, included in the premium pack for the first year.
What is the difference between the 3 plans?
Basic and Pro are simple packs for Express Companies limited to start at 3000€ Capital maximum and standard company statutes. The difference between both is that we can create a basic business plan for starting companies where we evaluate the cost structure to set up a budget model to help you at your begining. The Premium is more oriented to existing companies that need special treatment, specifications, specific social agreements or any other requirements different from the express companies.
